Creativity Kindergarten (Park Vale) was founded in 1989 by Ms. Chan Shun Lai, Linda, initially offering a local curriculum.

In 2022, the school transitioned to the name Kendall International Preschool (Island East) and adopted a more international (American) educational approach. Since that time, the campus has undergone significant renovations.

In 2025, the license for the name of Kendall International Preschool (Island East) expired. The school will be rebranded under its original name Creativity International Kindergarten, implementing a British curriculum with a trilingual environment.
